Customer Service Department
OAS will fulfill your customer service department needs. We will answer your client's questions and give them case updates. This will ensure your clients are heard and every phone call is answered. Additionally, we will take note of any client's requests and advise you. We will confirm client's recent phone numbers and addresses and place any needed notes on the file, this is done to ensure your firm can come in contact with your client should you need to.
EBT Department
OAS is committed to running an efficient EBT department. We will be in contact with defense firms in order to set up all EBTs. Additionally we will be in continued communication with your client, advising them in advanced of EBT dates and times, while briefing them on what will occur and how to prepare. The day before, clients will be contirmed and the address to the EBT will be given. We will set up translators with the defense firm should they be needed.
IME Department
OAS is prepared to ensure a smooth and organized IME department is run. We will advise clients of their first and second No - Fault IMEs through mail, phone calls, email and text messages. Clients will be briefed and confirmed over the phone before attending their IMEs.
OAS will ensure all liability IMEs are scheduled in the confines of Court Orders. We will communicate scheduled IME information to your client through mail, phone calls, email and text messages. We will schedule IMEs with any designated physicians. Additionally we will brief the client on what is to happen at the IME, and review the bill of particulars and any supplemental bill of particulars.
Marketing Department
OAS will use all avenues of marketing to ensure traffic is driven to your website, or phone line. Our strategy includes, click-funnels, video posts, social media marketing, and email content marketing. Our belief is in consistency and chemistry will achieve the success needed.
Medical Management Department
OAS will ensure our medical management team will be in constant communication with your client in regards to their treatment (PT, Chiropractor, Acupuncture, Pain Management, etc), progress, assistance in scheduling doctor appointments, surgery dates and recover, in addition to listening to your client's needs. Sometimes your client just needs to be heard, and we are here for that.
